Join presenter Hilary Cobb, LCSW as she discusses how to identify and address four common issues that impact those in the helping profession: burnout, Secondary Traumatic Stress (STS), Vicarious Trauma (VT) and Compassion Fatigue (CF).

Hilary Cobb, MSW, LCSW, Clinical Trainer for the Consulting and Training Team at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation Hilary Cobb, MSW, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience working with individuals and families. She has a special passion for adolescents and has worked with them in inpatient, outpatient and school settings. Currently she is a clinical trainer with the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation where she facilitates the development of evidence-based practice services and supports the development of behavioral health related curricula.
