HIV Prevention in Women
Dr. Sheth is an Associate Professor at Emory School of Medicine (Department of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases). Her clinical and research interests focus on the treatment and prevention of HIV among women. Dr. Sheth is PI of the Atlanta MACS/WIHS Combined Cohort Study, longitudinal cohort study aimed to understand long-term comorbidities in men and women with and without HIV. Her research seeks to optimize delivery of HIV prevention interventions in women's health settings. She has leadership roles in multiple research training programs, including the Emory-Nigeria Research Training Program in HIV and women's health, and the Building Interdisciplinary Research in Women's Health (BIRCWH) K12 program.
