The Agenda and Session Details can be found here. The conference will be a half-day on Wednesday, Nov. 8th, a full-day on Thursday, Nov. 9th and a half-day on Friday, Nov. 10th.
Refund Policy
Cancellation information for KPCA Annual Conference:
- Notice of cancellation must be received 10 business days before registration closes.
- In the event 10 business day notice can't be provided, KPCA will accept another attendee to replace the person that cannot attend.
- If cancellation is received during this timeframe, a refund will be given to the registrant minus a $50.00 administrative fee.
- If cancellation notice is received after said timeframe, then there will be no refund given.

We would be pleased to assist you with any special needs (i.e. physical, dietary etc.), please let us know in advance by contacting Lindey Young.
Keep in mind that the Embassy Suites tries to maintain meeting room temperatures at an appropriate level. However, because everyone reacts differently to various temperatures, we strongly suggest that you wear layered clothing in order to remain comfortable.
